Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If the product delivered is damaged or defective.
- If the wrong product was sent (e.g., incorrect size or style).
Note: Refund requests will only be considered if accompanied by an unaltered unboxing video showing the product's condition upon delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Products cannot be refunded for reasons such as dislike of the product or minor color differences due to screen variations.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are not applicable if an unboxing video is not provided as proof.
3. Refund Process
If your order is eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:

- Provide the order details and the unboxing video showing the issue.
- Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed.
Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account after the return is approved.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g., providing incorrect address or not responding to delivery attempts), the customer will bear the shipping costs.
