At Label the Fairytale, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Dispatch Time

We take 6 to 8 business days to carefully curate and prepare your order for dispatch. Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location:

South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana): ₹80
North India: ₹120

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details and status updates will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can use these details to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Delivery Terms

Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Do not request early delivery after placing the order as all orders follow our standard processing and dispatch timelines.
If the product is returned to us due to customer unavailability (e.g., not answering delivery calls), re-shipping charges will be applicable.

6. Undelivered Packages

If your package is undelivered due to reasons beyond our control, such as customer unavailability or incorrect address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to deliver your order within the specified time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
